1. Seller and Applicable Policies
The seller for purchases made through HomeSpark is Weishi County Rongyue Technology Co., Ltd., which owns and operates the HomeSpark store.
These Terms of Purchase govern orders together with our Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Our Terms of Service govern website use, and our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling.
2. Placing and Accepting an Order
You must be legally able to enter into the purchase and authorized to use the selected payment method. Review the product, quantity, options, delivery address, and total before submitting an order.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an unresolved payment issue, or a material pricing error. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for a declined order.
3. Product Information and Pricing Errors
Product pages provide the applicable descriptions, specifications, and options. Screen settings may affect how colors appear, but this does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and its description.
If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you with the correction and allow you to accept it or cancel the affected item for a refund.
We do not increase your order price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Price changes for future purchases do not change an accepted order.
4. Currency, Payment, Taxes, and Shipping Charges
All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Discounts must be applied before payment and are subject to their disclosed conditions.
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $39.00 USD or more after discounts and before taxes. Orders below $39.00 USD have a $2.99 USD standard shipping fee per order.
Applicable taxes and charges collected by us are disclosed before payment. Any import-related charge payable by you must be disclosed before you place the order.
Review the final total before confirming payment. Your payment provider may impose its own currency conversion or other account fees under your agreement with that provider.
5. Processing and Delivery
We ship to U.S. addresses accepted at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated total delivery time is 10–20 business days after payment confirmation, including processing and transportation. The processing period is included in that total and is not added to it.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays affecting processing or delivery. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Our Shipping Policy explains fulfillment, delivery exceptions, and how to report a delayed or missing order.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we notify you and obtain any legally required consent to a revised shipment schedule. You may cancel the affected unshipped items for a full, prompt refund instead. If required consent is not obtained, we cancel and refund those items as required by law.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Contact service@viirelli.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.
Orders can be canceled without a cancellation fee before dispatch, with a prompt refund to the original payment method within applicable legal deadlines.
Changes depend on whether fulfillment can still be updated. After dispatch, the Return Policy applies to eligible returns.
7. Returns, Problems, and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For preference-based returns, items must be unused, in original condition, and complete with original packaging and included accessories.
Obtain return instructions first and send an approved return within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions.
You pay return shipping for preference-based returns. We cover necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping fee treatment is explained in the Return Policy.
We inspect returned items and initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the return. Approved refunds that do not require a return are initiated within 5–10 business days after approval. A payment provider may require additional posting time.
Report damaged, incorrect, missing, or undelivered items to us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. We do not automatically deny a non-delivery claim solely because tracking shows “Delivered.”
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory warranty or consumer rights.
